Species Name: Boloræ

Species Characteristics: Boloræ are tall, humanoid aliens that live on a planet with an atmosphere rich in Astatine. Boloræ are capable of breathing in harsh situations, as well as most gases. They are, however, negatively affected by large quantities of Oxygen or Hydrogen. They are quite thin, with slightly longer extremities and bodies than regular humans. They often wear masks covering their entire faces because they breath through a unique organ situated where an Adam's Apple normally would be. Boloræ are similar to humans inside the body, however, they do posses four lungs instead of two. The fourth is the smallest and is located in the high back/neck area and is used to store gases for later use. Most Boloræ cannot speak without the use of messages, but some have developed speech through this organ. It sounds very raspy and heavy breathed. They have very hard and durable bone structures, but muscle density is not high. This makes them quite good at working with concussive explosives. Boloræ are a relatively scientific race, however, they rely on Gauss like weaponry for their military. They have a higher intelligence then the regular humanoid. They have been in existence for 1867 years.

Species History: The Boloræ have lived a long enough life to see that it is worth surviving. The species is believed to have evolved from a different humanoid race. They settled in the Centriole system which they later discovered was also occupied by the Hets, an entirely different species. Boloræ have a love for literature and knowledge. They have traveled up the ranks in scientific discoveries and practical inventions. They soon discovered the ability of genetic modification during birth. The Lodra-Gigæ closly followed. The Boloræ are not the most bloodthirsty and warmongering of species. They slowly developed a slow growing military of one million. The top one hundred thousand became Lodra-Gigæ. The Boloræ continue to develop relations and a strong civilization through the years.

Lodra-Gigæ: The Lodra-Gigæ are the strongest warriors of the Boloræ arsenal. There are four ranks of Lodra-Gigæ. The lowest participate in battles as a special task force. The 2nd are the protectors of the populace and the most favorited amongst the citizens. The first are the royal protectors of the crown and will only participate in the most important of missions. The top ten of the 1st-Gigæ are the commanders of all that transpires within the Boloræ.

Government Type: Secretively diplomatic Race (They make diplomatic decisions based on their own secret agenda). The Race is run by a monarchy, currently lead by the King, Dhore Frenzse.

Military Information: Small, trained military organisations. Not as powerful as other races (eg. Smaller force). The regular soldiers fight with Gauss-like weaponry. Lodra-Gigæ 4thG and 3rdG use a Medium to Long ranges Gauss rifle that fires a sharp, ellipse shaped round that contains a corrosive material that acts almost instantly, giving the bullet a hit radius of 1.5 inches. The 2ndG use an enhanced version of the Lodra Rifle, with greater range and accuracy. The 1stG use SenecR. A revolver that fires a round of concentrated sound, which is compact in size, but when impact occurs, it gains a blast radius much like an explosive without any heat being released. There are 2 shots per clip except for Adrusi's special model, which only he possesses. He has 2 SenecRs that each have 4 rounds per clip. There are no other versions of the SenecR in existance. The 1stG also carry a formal sword as a weapon. Crafted out of a synthetic metal created on Bolræs, it is durable and sharp, but is not often used. The Boloræ Air Initiative (BaI) is a small but well trained force. Basic military vessels are armed with an adapted version of the Lodra Rifle, as well as several corrosive and electromagnetic missiles. Recreational and Transport ships come in different sizes, transports being well armoured and equipped, although having next to no weapons. Recreational vehicles may have weapons if a permit is obtained.
