New events structure

We should post different threads for specific events and not just clump diplomatic meetings together with wars in a single "events" thread. The "events" thread should be relegated to containing only major happenings, like the construction of a new super ship, declarations of war and the like.

yes, we should have stellar based news. i.e

3000 A.D.::Events::January 3010:: Centriole system:

So and so on Gelade said that blah blah
and then:
Response to so and so blah blah


instead of
Mark goes to the movies.
King Frederic of Nottingham declares war on popcorn.
Mark decides not to pay all that money for a movie.
Popcorn retaliates with extra buttery goodness.
King Frederic devours his enemy.
Mark goes home and watches TV.

Much easier to follow if there isn't a bunch of stuff that, may be interesting, but gets in the way of what you're trying to respond to.

Taking suggestions for event forums. As of now, I will lock the main events topic and add a Diplomacy forum and a Misc forum.
