A message is sent to the Kae L'un

"Dear Kae L'un'" a middle aged man says, "We don't know who you are, but we need to make contact with as many species as we can right now, so tell us when you'd like to dock, and we'll let you in"

The Kae L'un sent a message back, saying that they will dock tomorrow.

hets, close to arriving at Luma send a transmission.

"Hello, we'd like to negotiate a treaty and would like to know where we could land." says a Het with perfect english.

Rebels send coordinates to the Hets

"Glad you could make it, just land there and steer clear of the horde, you'll be good from then."

Hets use their Feather ships to clear away the Horde, each shot is a direct hit with the exception of 1. 5 ships land. The Hets scrawl out and go in.

The security forces lead the Hets towards Charlie base sealing doors behind them. they get into a shuttle and get started on their 10 kilometer trip.

"So, where are we going?" asks Fludd. "As well, should we send Kaleb back here?"

"To answer your questions in order" A general said as the shuttle came to a halt and opened,
"Charlie base, and Yes."

"Now, we'd like to conform an alliance with you, my small, gooey friends," He said as he took a puff of his sweet William cigar. "If that's okay with you, of course."

three leaders of the Kae L'un went on a ship (Quicksand) and sailed to Luma. Once close, they sent a message, asking where to land.

"Of course, on condition that the venuses are part of this contract too. We'll ask to send Kaleb back right away. He should arrive in 6 minutes with our Velocer." Fludd then telecomms back to Lucraneon, asking Kaleb to be sent on a Velocer immediately.

The rebels greet their visitors with open hearted, yet cautious, greetings.

"Kaleb, good to see you back, your father's doing well." Commander McNeil said as he helped him off the ship.

(Negotiations with the Hets)

"If you could just sign this treaty", he hands the lead het a pen and sheet.

It contains simple instructions and agreements, nothing special.

Once the Kai L'un landed, they waited, until someone would come along.

"Ah hello there" Kaleb said as he lead them into the shuttle to the base, "Do you speak English?
if not, then we could use a het." He then sends a message to Charlie base.

A message rang on Chief Wallace's comm, he took a look at it then the Hets, " Do you know the Kae L'un?, were making an alliance with them as well."

While the Kae L'un waited, they scanned their surroundings, just in case there might be traps. They were unfimiliar with their surroundings, so they made their surroundings familiar. The leader of the Stone-Air tribe was called Sta K'o, and he collapsed the ship and it turned back into a mixture of equipement and sand that covered the landing pad, and he hid in it, waiting. The Water-Ice tribe leader, Wat N'uk, created a mist, that obscured the landing pad. The Fire-Earth leader, Fiv R'uk, burrowed down into the ground and started to excavate an entire cavern underneath. Now they were prepared for any attack.

Hets sign. Done.

"No I dont." Fludd asks. "What should we do?"

Remian scientists and engineers complete Titan Orion and Orion fleet begins construction. Orion is conciderably smaller then other Titans but she was built for speed and colonization of uninhabited planets. 2000 Cruisers, 10000 Colosus and 25000 Manticores have begun production.

"She, will be done by the end of the decade maybe she wont be the most combat worthy fleet out there but these are some of the fastest ships in the universe." Said Marcus Ierius head designer of Orion.

Chief Wallace said as the Kae L'un entered the room,
"could you ump in there heads or something?"

The Sefoveko complete their first model of battlesuits. In addition, in a breakthrough, directed lasers are discovered.

Fludd thinks. "Possibly, but problem is we don't know how they'll react. Would you like to take the risk?"

Chief Wallace turns to the Kae L'un, picks up a het, and shoves it in it's head.

The moment the het made contact with the Fire-Earth tribe leader, the het caught fire.

"Holy s*it" Fludd cries as his comrade is burning. "Venus put it out!!!!!" The venus seemingly swallows the Het, then barfs it out. "Chief Wallace, you might want to try a different approach."

"Damn," Wallace said as he stood motionless at the scene, "That was a bad idea,"
"I know," he picks up a pen and some sheets of paper and sets them on the desk, he writes the following:
