In the video footage, we see Lask Tosum'vlar speaking into the microphone seemingly very nervous. Tnanetueil Lenoloc Wesbu Izolp'oo and his men are in the background fighting of some sort of enemy. We see some sort of creature that seems bug-like infiltrate the tanker and kill a soldier. The creature looks like this:

The High Council has decided that these species must be extinguished for they are too dangerous, and if they develop too much, they will be a threat to the galaxy. The Oracles request aid from Commander Maddendorf and shows him the transmission. Meanwhile, Loyal Loro Hasr'oo the Leader is preparing several fronts to invade the planet. The Oracles speak:
"These "creatures" are a threat to all of the Nolijeili, it is now, that we will work together as one, like the tree and the earth, to achieve something great, these "creatures" must be extinguished from existence for the greater good of all the galaxy. The Emperor Arcus Derius the third gets overthrown in a bloody Koup and replaced by Merius Decidimus the Sixth Legate of the 243rd Legion, he promplty declares war on Polaris. The third interstellar Titan ship is finished and the second fleet renders completion.

The air caste discovers yet another space vessel traveling towards Nolijeilios. The Oracles speak for the Nolijeili:

With this new found friendship Emperor Merius Decidimus gives a speech to all Remians on all channels on all frequencys military and civillian in the Gaia Sector and Triton Fleet stationed just outside the Noli system.

Shortly after his short speech the Emperor assembled a crackpot team of Etymologists and Scientists in the hopes of inventing a advanced new germ weapons and pesticides to defeat the bugs. Centurion Prefect Titus Pullus was quickly reasigned Field Marshall of Triton fleet giving him command over the Empires Ground forces outside the Gaia system.
He only had this to say.

Loyal Loro Hasr'oo brings his newly assembled fronts to Mejraduios inside a fleet of tankers and land on the military base on Mejraduios. Meanwhile, the water caste members hail the Remains ships to land on the international airport of Nolijeilios, once again, water caste members and Exhalted Frog Guards will be present to escort them to the Sacred Water Chamber to the Oracles.

Het researchers have brought a test subject Sub-Het to Gelade and ask it to go onto the "ice dragon". It dies, but not before leaving a mark onto the ice. Hets do not know if this was caused by the Sub-Het's body heat or if it is just a coincidence. Het researchers continue their studies and ask to bring another test subject to Gelade.

The Remians of the Triton fleet make second contact with the Nolijeilios.
Titus Pullus himself and Airmarshal Invidus Murcrow and a small squad of Praetorians fly down to the planet in a manticore in hopes of joining the assembly and begining the war.

Uwasak Urya'la wait at the International Airport of Nolijeilios and once again, escorts their Het, Remain and Venus ambasadors to the Sacred Water Chamber along with other water caste members and Exhalted Frog Guards. Hearing news that the Hets would meet with the Nolijeili, the Boloræ assemble a troupe. 2 Transports will be sent to Nolijeilios, one containing 2 Lodra-Gigæ and 5 Battle Troupers. The second transport would contain the most important cargo; Kejhelker Suantes, Qverence Trerem, and Trodom Motse, the 3 Commanders that were sent to partake in this meeting. Meanwhile, a cargo ship is sent to the research team on the Het's planet. It is filled with the Boloræ's special compact nutrition packs, which hopefully can be traded with the Hets for information and supplies.

Hets open up a landing station for the arriving Boloræ. Meanwhile, other Hets are wonderin gwhy the incoming ship from the otherside is taking time. Turrets have been deactivated.
